Саша Зубрицкая
Родилась в 1994 году в Санкт-Петербурге, живет и работает в Берлине и Лейпиге. В настоящий момент изучает медиаискусство в Академии Искусств Лейпцига (HGB Leipzig). С 2025 года работает над экспериментальной музыкальной передачей Saddie Issues на лейпцигской радиостанции Radio Blau. Работает с найденными объектами, текстами, печатной графикой и видео.
В 2015 году окончила бакалавриат факультета искусств СПбГУ по специальности художник декоративно-прикладного искусства и программу "Школа Молодого Художника" Про Арте.
В 2020 году приняла участие в VII Московской Молодежной биеннале с цифровым проектом "Мастер-Ключ" в рамках выставки "Я не знаю, земля кружится или нет...". Персональные выставки проходили в галерее Navicula Artis (СПб, 2019), проекте Старт (Москва, 2019), самоорганизованных пространствах Eine Kleine Kunsthalle (2019, СПб) и FFTN (2018, СПб).
Участница групповых проектов в России, Европе и США. Среди музейных пространств, где которых были представлены работы художницы, Государственный Русский Музей, Музей МИСП (СПб), Образовательный центр ММОМА (Мск) и музей M HKA (Антверпен). В 2016-2021 годах состояла в коллективе самоорганизованной квир-феминистской библиотеки "ФемИнфотека".
В 2017-2020 годах активно сотрудничала с группой Север-7, в составе которой была номинирована на премию Инновация-2019 в номинации "Региональный проект" и участвовала Lost & Found North-7 Expedition, M HKA).
C 2018 профессионально занималась русско-английским письменным переводом, сотрудничала с музеем PERMM, галереей Anna Nova, онлайн-изданиями East East и SYG.MA, а также частными заказчиками. В 2024 году выступила редактором перевода для книги Марии Сарычевой "Синильга". В 2025 году—редактором и корректором издания re:Cast Марии Сарычевой и Стефани Кнобель.

Sasha Zubritskaya
Born in 1994, St. Petersburg, Russia. Currently studying Media Art at the Academy of Fine Arts Leipzig (HGB Leipzig). Since 2022 lives and works in Berlin and Leipzig.
Sasha works with visual art, sound, and writing. Since 2025 she hosts an experimental narrative music show Saddie Issues on Radio Blau, Leipzig. Her work addresses intersubjectivity, desire, access to and influence of affective states and material resources. In her visual works she combines found objects, visual poetry, graphics, and videos, creating narrative displays in physical and digital spaces alike.
In 2015, she graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a bachelors degree in Applied Arts, as well as the School for Young Artists at Pro Arte Foundation, the only local institution providing contemporary art education at the time. Her bachelor graduation textile project was presented as a solo exhibition at the gallery Vertical, which was located in an abandoned elevator shaft, in St. Petersburg in 2015.
Her other most noted solo shows took place at FFTN artist run space in St. Petersburg (Penultima/dryspell⟳, 2018), at Start project space of the Winzavov contemporary art center in Moscow (Frozen, 2019), and at Navicula Artis gallery, the oldest independent gallery in St. Petersburg (Master Key, 2019).
In 2016-2022, as a member of a small grass-root collective, she worked on establishing and managing an independent queer-feminist library FemInfoteka. In 2017-2020, she was a consistent collaborator of the North-7 art group, a collective focusing on collaborative happenings and installations as well as community-building practices. Together with the North-7 she was nominated for the Innovation-2019 Award for organizing a sequence of artist-led "Seventh" Independent Art Fairs and, as the collective's member, created part of the collaborative installation comissioned by M HKA Museum in Antwerp in 2019, where her work remains in the museum's collection.
She participated in numerous group shows at artist-run and museum spaces in Russia, Scandinavia and US. Her works can be found in the collection of M HKA Museum, Antwerp (as part of 2019 commission to the North-7 art group), and in private collections in Russia and EU. In 2021 she was awarded a year-long scholarship for emerging artists by the Garage MCA. Since 2018, she leads a parallel freelance career as an English-Russian translator in the fields of art history, contemporary art, and cinema.
